Rainbow Counseling Center Services

Rainbow Counseling Center, Inc. is a small nonprofit agency, comprised of two doctoral psychologists, that provides professional psychological services. Between us we have over fifty years of counseling experience. We are available to provide services to individuals, groups or other agencies. This practice was founded in 1997. We are located in East Liverpool, Ohio.

Who We Are

Dr. Vernon Brown has extensive experience in mental health and has done some college counseling. He is also experienced with issues of vocational choice or adjustment. Dr. Claudia Brown is also an ordained Presbyterian minister. She has experience with spiritual matters and working with people with disabilities. Both are highly experienced with providing individual therapy in a variety of settings with a variety of clients with the full range of human issues.
